摘　　要：本文以阜阳市饮用水水资源规划及水源保护区调整为切入点,介绍了水资源规划设计的基本原则,根据水资源形势变更和新的治水理念,并对阜阳水资源数量、可利用量及其演变情势和水资源现状进行了系统的分析,达到使阜阳市水资源的全面节约、有效保护、优化配置、合理开发、高效利用、综合治理和科学管理的目的,以期为同类项目提供参考。Based on the planning of drinking water resources and the adjustment of water source protection areas in Fuyang city,this paper introduces the basic principles of water resources planning and design.The paper analyzes the quantity,available quantity,its evolution situation and the water resources situation faced by Fuyang,according to the change of water resources situation and new ideas of water control.Therefore,this project achieves the purpose of comprehensive saving,effective protection,optimal allocation,rational development,efficient utilization,comprehensive management and scientific management of water resources in Fuyang City,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
