摘  要:以聚四氢呋喃二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸为主要原料,以三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为交联剂,制备了不同TMP含量的水性聚氨酯(WPU)。通过粒径、红外光谱、拉伸强度、接触角、吸水率、T型剥离测试、差示扫描量热法和热失重测试等分析手段,考察了TMP用量对WPU乳液及胶膜性能的影响,并讨论了WPU作为油墨连接料的优势与可行性。结果表明,随着TMP用量增加,WPU胶膜的拉伸强度逐渐增大,断裂伸长率逐渐减小,T型剥离强度和热稳定性先增大后减小,接触角逐渐增大;增强了WPU油墨连接料的基础性能与可应用范围。Waterborne polyurethane emulsions( WPU) were prepared by using polytetrahydrofuran diol,isophorone diisocyanate and dihydroxymethylpropionic acid as the main raw materials and trimethylolpropane( TMP)as the cross-linking agent. The effects of TMP dosage on the properties of WPU emulsions and films were investigated by means of analyses such as particle size,infrared spectroscopy,tensile strength,contact angle,water absorption,T-peel test,differential scanning calorimetry and thermal weight loss test. The advantages and feasibility of WPU as an ink linker were discussed. The results showed that,with the increase of TMP dosage,the tensile strength of WPU film gradually increased,the elongation at break gradually decreased,the T-peel strength and the thermal stability of WPU film increased at first and then decreased,the contact angle gradually increased. The basic performance and application scope of WPU ink jointing compound was enhanced.
