摘  要:分别以聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇(PEA)或聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)为软段,4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为硬段,采用一步法合成2种聚氨酯弹性体(PUE)。研究了软段种类、酸添加剂种类和用量对PUE水解的影响。结果表明:由PBA软段合成PUE的100%定伸强度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、撕裂强度和长时间耐水解性能优于PEA合成的PUE;磷酸或柠檬酸添加质量分数为0.4%和0.5%时,制得的PBA型PUE的性能满足可控降解性能要求。Two kinds of polyurethane elastomers(PUE)were synthesized by one-step method with polyethylene adipate glycol(PEA)or polybutylene adipate glycol(PBA)as soft segments,and 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)as hard segments.The effects of soft segment type,acid additive type and dosage on the hydrolysis of PUE were studied.The experimental results showed that the tensile strength at 100%,tensile strength,elongation at break,tear strength and long-term hydrolysis resistance of PBA-PUE were better than PEA-PUE.When the addition of phosphoric acid was 0.4%or citric acid was 0.5%,the properties of PBA-PUE could meet the requirements of controllable degradation.
