摘  要:以连续法合成的低不饱和度DMC软泡聚醚F3156D制备了3种不同密度的聚氨酯软泡以及慢回弹块泡,并与KOH工艺聚醚F3156进行对比。考察了这两种聚醚对聚氨酯软泡力学性能、气味、耐黄变性能的影响。结果表明,与F3156相比,F3156D制备的软泡具有低气味、低总醛含量以及较好的耐黄变性能,物理性能优异,尤其中高密度下性能较优。F3156D可以替代F3156用于软泡及慢回弹块泡的生产。Three kinds of flexible polyurethane foam and slow rebound foam with different density were prepared from continuous process DMC low unsaturation polyether F3156D,and compared with KOH process polyether F3156.The effects of above two kinds polyether polyols on the mechanical properties,odor and yellowing resistance of flexible polyurethane foams were investigated.The results showed that,compared with polyether F3156,the foams made from F3156D had the characteristics of low odor,low total aldehyde content,better yellowing resistance and excellent physical properties,especially in medium and high density.F3156 could be replaced by F3156D for production of flexible polyurethane foam and slow rebound foam.
