摘  要:以端甲氧基端烯丙基聚醚AMF-6为原料,制备了甲氧基聚醚改性有机硅匀泡剂CGY-FDA。比较了烯丙基聚醚另一端基为羟基或甲氧基所制得的有机硅匀泡剂的物理性能和发泡性能。结果表明,在戊烷发泡聚氨酯连续法板材生产中,合成有机硅匀泡剂的聚醚羟基是否封端对泡沫的反应时间、流动性、尺寸稳定性以及泡沫与彩钢板的粘接力无影响,CGY-FDA黏度更低,乳化性更好,其综合性能与进口匀泡剂相当。Methoxyl-capped-polyether-modified silicone foam stabilizer CGY-FDA was prepared with methoxyl and allyl-capped polyether AMF-6 as the raw material.The physical properties and foaming properties of silicone foam stabilizers made from hydroxyl and methoxyl capped allyl polyether were compared.The results showed that the reaction time,foaming fluidity and dimensional stability of the foams,the adhesion between the foam and the color steel plate were not affected by the hydroxyl of allyl polyether for foam stabilizers capped or not in the production of pentane blown polyurethane continuous boards.CGY-FDA had lower viscosity and better emulsification,its comprehensive performance reached the level of the imported foam stabilizer.
