摘　　要：采用甲苯二异氰酸酯、蓖麻油和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)合成了预聚体,继续用1,4-丁二醇扩链,再以丁酮肟为封闭剂对NCO基进行部分封闭,乳化后制备了封闭型蓖麻油基水性聚氨酯乳液(CWPU)固色剂。考察了预聚体合成阶段异氰酸酯指数(R值)及DMPA用量对CWPU性能的影响,并讨论了CWPU对染色织物的固色效果。结果表明,当R值为1.8,DMPA质量分数为6%时,CWPU性能良好。将其应用于棉织物活性染料染色固色,得出最佳的整理工艺为:CWPU用量为60 g/L,150℃烘焙3 min,织物的耐摩擦色牢度和耐洗色牢度均达到4级以上。The blocked castor-oil-based waterborne polyurethane(CWPU)emulsions were prepared by firstly using toluene diisocyanate,castor oil and dimethylol propionic acid to synthesize prepolymer,and then using butanediol as chain extender,butanone oxime as blocking agent part of NCO group.The effects of isocyanate index(R value)and dosage of DMPA on the properties of CWPU emulsions were investigated,and the fixation effect of CWPU as dyed fabric fixing agent was discussed.The results showed that the polyurethane fixative with excellent properties was prepared when R value was 1.8 and DMPA dosage was 6%.The optimum condition of CWPU fixing on cotton fabric dyed with reactive dyes was as follows:the amount of CWPU was 60 g/L,baking 3 min at 150℃.Under above condition,the rubbing color fastness and washing color fastness of the fabric were above grade 4.
