摘 要:以丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和聚己内酯二醇(PCL)为原料合成了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)预聚物,加入光固化助剂,用紫外光固化成膜。讨论了催化剂用量和合成温度对合成PUA预聚物的影响,采用红外光谱(FT-IR)和热重分析(TGA)对固化涂膜结构和性能进行了测试。结果表明,PUA封端反应温度为55℃、扩链反应温度为65℃是合成反应的理想条件。选取对苯二酚二羟乙基醚和己内酯摩尔比1∶6所制备的PCL合成PUA的UV固化涂膜性能最佳,其固化时间12 s,硬度达3H,柔韧性为1.5 mm,耐磨性为0.028 g,且附着力为1级。Polyurethane-acrylate(PUA)prepolymer was synthesized using hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and polycaprolactone diol(PCL)as raw materials.The film was formed by adding light curing auxiliary and using ultraviolet light to cure.The effect of the amount of catalyst and synthesis temperature on the synthesis of PUA prepolymer was discussed.The structure and performance of the cured coating film were tested by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The results showed that the ideal synthesis conditions was the end-capping reaction temperature of PUA at 55℃and the chain extension reaction temperature at 65℃.PUA synthesized from PCL prepared by 1:6 molar ratio of hydroquinone dihydroxyethyl ether and caprolactone had the best UV curing film performance.Its curing time was 12 s,the hardness was 3H,the flexibility was 1.5 mm,the abrasion resistance was 0.028 g and the adhesion was level 1.
