中链脂肪酸对泌乳奶牛生产性能及生化指标的影响

摘　　要：选用体况良好,月龄、产奶量(32 kg/d)和泌乳天数均接近的泌乳奶牛20头,平均分成2组,分别饲喂中链脂肪酸日粮(中链脂肪酸饲喂量50 g/头,试验组)和普通日粮(对照组),奶牛自由采食和饮水,试验期2个月,研究中链脂肪酸日粮对泌乳奶牛生产性能以及部分血液指标的影响。结果显示:中链脂肪酸日粮对泌乳奶牛的产奶量、乳蛋白含量和细菌数影响不显著,但可明显提高乳脂率,显著降低牛乳中的体细胞数和尿素氮含量;可显著增加血液中的IgA和IgG含量,而对血液其他指标影响均不显著。中链脂肪酸日粮可以提高泌乳奶牛的生产性能和免疫功能。Twenty lactating dairy cows with good body condition,similar month age,milk yield(32 kg/d)and lactation days were selected and divided into two groups on average.Each cow was fed medium chain fatty acid diet with 50 g medium chain fatty acids(experimental group)and ordinary diet(control group).The dairy cows were free to eat and drink water.The experimental period was 2 months.The effects of medium chain fatty acids diet on the production performance and some blood indexes of lactating dairy cows were studied.The results showed that medium chain fatty acids diet had no significant effect on milk yield,milk protein content and bacterial number of lactating cows,but it could significantly increase milk fat rate and significantly reduce the number of somatic cells and urea nitrogen content in milk.It can significantly increase the content of IgA and IgG in blood,but had no significant effect on other blood indexes.Medium chain fatty acids diet can improve the production performance and immune function of lactating dairy cows.
