摘  要:研究不同产区穿心莲的耐盐性,可以筛选出耐盐性强的穿心莲种质,为培育和推广耐盐穿心莲品种奠定基础。以采自广西横县、广西贵港、福建漳浦和海南儋州4个产区的穿心莲种质为试材,采用单因素试验设计,选择生长旺盛期的植株进行盐胁迫处理(浇灌150 mmol/L的NaCl溶液,每2 d浇灌1次,连续浇灌5次),以浇蒸馏水的植株为对照(CK),探究盐胁迫下穿心莲农艺性状和生理生化指标的变化;并根据叶片盐害指数,对不同产区穿心莲的耐盐性进行了比较。结果表明:盐胁迫下4个产区穿心莲的株高、叶长和叶宽生长均受到抑制,其中横县穿心莲受害严重,儋州穿心莲受盐害较轻。盐胁迫下各产区穿心莲可溶性糖含量均大幅增加,可溶性糖可能是穿心莲在盐胁迫下调节自身渗透势的主要物质之一。盐胁迫下儋州穿心莲抗氧化物质SOD、CAT和POD活性以及ASA含量提高,渗调物质可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量增加,综合表现出一定的耐盐性。综上,儋州穿心莲可作为耐盐种质进行培育并生产,本试验为穿心莲耐盐品种的选育提供了基础性研究。Andrographis paniculata germplasm with strong salt tolerance could be screened by studying the salt tolerance of A.paniculata in different producting areas,which could lay a foundation for cultivating and popularizing salt tolerant A.paniculata varieties.Taking A.paniculata germplasm collected from Hengxian and Guigang of Guangxi,Zhangpu of Fujian and Danzhou of Hainan as the test materials,the plants in vigorous growth stage were selected for salt stress treatment(150 mmol/L NaCl solution,once every 2 days,five times continuously),and the plants watered with distilled water were used as control(CK)to explore the changes of agronomic characters,physiological and biochemical indexes of A.paniculata under salt stress.According to the salt damage index of leaves,the salt tolerance of A.paniculata in different production areas was compared.The results showed that the growth of plant height,leaf length and leaf width of A.paniculata in four production areas were inhibited under salt stress,among which A.paniculata from Hengxian was seriously damaged and that from Danzhou was slightly damaged by salt.The soluble sugar content of A.paniculata increased significantly under salt stress.The soluble sugar may be one of the main substances regulating its osmotic potential under salt stress.Under salt stress,the activities of SOD,CAT and POD and the content of ASA of A.paniculata from Danzhou increased,and the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein increased,which showed a certain salt tolerance.A.paniculata from Danzhou can be cultivated and produced as a salt tolerant germplasm.This experiment provides a basic research for the breeding of salt tolerant varieties of A.paniculata.
