摘　　要：习近平同志指出:毛泽东、周恩来和尼克松、基辛格等中美两国老一辈领导人,以非凡的战略眼光和卓越的政治智慧,打破两国多年相互隔绝的坚冰,用跨越太平洋的握手开启了中美关系发展的新篇章。20世纪70年代初期,毛泽东科学判断世界大势,为了中国人民和中华民族的最高利益,冲破意识形态束缚,邀请尼克松总统访华,实现了中美关系的历史性突破。Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out that the older generation of Chinese and American leaders such as Mao Zedong,Zhou Enlai,Nixon and Kissinger,with their extraordinary strategic vision and outstanding political wisdom,broke the ice of years of isolation between the two countries and opened a new chapter in the development of China-US relations with the handshake across the Pacific Ocean.In the early 1970 s,Mao Zedong,judging the world trend in a scientific way and in the highest interests of the Chinese people and the Chinese nation,broke through ideological shackles and invited President Nixon to visit China,achieving a historic breakthrough in China-Us relations.
