档案网站建设存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：随着现代科学技术的不断发展,信息化时代的到来,政府的工作主要是以线上线下相结合的方式进行,同时,这也为档案网站的建设和发展创造了先天条件。档案网站的开发与利用,将政府部门与公众之间的距离拉近,提高了办事效率,不需要像传统的档案管理一样在密闭的空间内为公众服务。文章通过分析档案网站存在的问题以及对该原因进行分析,之后提出有效解决该问题的措施,从而促进档案网站建设得更加完善,提高档案建设的信息化水平。With the continuous development of modern science and technology and the advent of the information age,the government’s work is mainly a combination of online and offline.At the same time,it also creates congenital conditions for the construction and development of archives websites.The development and utilization of archives websites shorten the distance between government departments and the public,and improve the work efficiency.There is no need to serve the public in a closed space like the traditional archives management.By analyzing the problems existing in the archives website and the reasons,this paper puts forward effective measures to solve the problem,so as to improve the construction of archives website and improve the informatization level of archives construction.
