稳心颗粒联合卡托普利治疗高血压并发急性左心衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨稳心颗粒联合卡托普利对高血压并发急性左心衰竭的临床效果。方法:选取2019年11月-2021年3月首都医科大学丰台教学医院76例高血压并发急性左心衰竭患者,用信封法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组给予卡托普利片进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合稳心颗粒进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的血压、心功能指标、心率变异性指标水平及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗后的血压及不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的左心室射血分数(LVEF)、氧合指数(OI)、正常R-R间期标准差(SDNN)、全程每5分钟R-R间期标准差的平均值(SDNN-index)和相邻正常R-R间期差值的均方根(RMSSD)比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:对高血压并发急性左心衰竭患者应用稳心颗粒联合卡托普利进行治疗有助于降低血压,改善心功能及心率变异性指标,且发生不良反应发生率更低,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Wenxin Granule combined with Captopril in patients with hypertension complicated with acute left heart failure.Method:From November 2019 to March 2021,76 patients with hypertension complicated with acute left heart failure in Fengtai Teaching Hospital,Capital Medical University were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by using the envelope method,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Captopril Tablets,and the observation group was combined with Wenxin Granules for treatment on the basic of the control group.The blood pressure,heart function indexes and heart rate variability indexes levels of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared.Result:The blood pressure and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),oxygenation index(OI),standard deviation of normal RR interval(SDNN),and the whole course of the average value of the standard deviation of the R-R interval per 5 min(SDNN-index)and the root mean square between adjacent normal RR intervals of the difference(RMSSD)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with hypertension complicated with acute left heart failure,the application of Wenxin Granules combined with Captopril can help reduce blood pressure,improve heart function and heart rate variability indicators,and has a lower probability of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
