预见性护理在儿童接种新型冠状病毒疫苗中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察预见性护理在儿童接种新型冠状病毒疫苗中的应用效果。方法:回顾性选取2021年11-12月在桂林市秀峰区大型临时接种门诊接种新型冠状病毒疫苗的202例儿童的临床资料。根据不同的护理方式将其分为观察组和对照组,各101例。对照组接种新型冠状病毒疫苗过程中运用常规护理方法,观察组接种新型冠状病毒疫苗过程中运用预见性护理方法。比较两组接种新型冠状病毒疫苗后不良反应发生情况及儿童监护人护理满意度。结果:观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组儿童监护人护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在儿童接种新型冠状病毒疫苗过程中实施预见性护理,不仅可以有效降低疫苗接种后不良反应的发生率,还可以提高儿童监护人对护理的满意度,有利于提升护理质量。Objective:To observe the application effect of predictive nursing in children vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine.Method:The clinical data of 202 children vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine in a large temporary vaccination clinic in Xiufeng District of Guilin from November to December 2021 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 101 cases in each group.The routine nursing method was used in the process of vaccinating with COVID-19 vaccine in the control group,and predictive nursing method was used in the process of vaccinating with COVID-19 vaccine in the observation group.The occurence condition of adverse reactions after vaccinating with COVID-19 vaccine and nursing satisfaction of children’s guardians were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total nursing satisfaction of children’s guardians in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The implementation of predictive nursing in the process of children vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine can not only effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after vaccination,but also improve the satisfaction of children’s guardians for nursing,which is conducive to improve the quality of nursing.
