辨证分期换药对骶尾部藏毛窦手术患者疗效及住院时间的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨对骶尾部藏毛窦手术患者进行辨证分期换药,对其疗效及住院时间的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2020年12月在沧州中西医结合医院进行骶尾部藏毛窦手术患者120例作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法分为治疗组与对照组,每组60例,治疗组采用窦道切除伤口开放术配合辨证分期换药治疗骶尾部藏毛窦,对照组采用窦道切除伤口开放术。两组治疗后随访6个月,对比两组术后一般资料、术后1个月的治疗有效率及术后6个月的复发率。结果:治疗组创面愈合时间、总住院时间均较对照组短,且治疗组并发症发生率为6.67%,较对照组的20.00%低(P<0.05);治疗组的治疗有效率为98.33%,较对照组的86.67%高(P<0.05);治疗组在术后复发率为1.69%,较对照组17.31%低(P<0.05)。结论:对骶尾部藏毛窦手术患者进行辨证分期换药,可缩短患者术后创面愈合时间及住院时间,减少术后并发症,降低术后复发率,提高患者的治疗效果,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate the effect of dressing change by stages based on syndrome differentiation on curative effect and length of stay in patients undergoing sacral caudal hairy sinus surgery.Method:From January 2017 to December 2020 in Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,120 patients with sacral tail pilonidal sinus surgery were selected as the research object,they were divided into the treatment group and control group by random sampling method,each group of 60 cases,the treatment group used the sinus excised wounds open surgery and dressing change by stages based on syndrome differentiation for the treatment of sacral tail pilonidal sinus,control group adopted sinus excised wounds open surgery.The two groups were followed up for 6 months after treatment,and the general postoperative information,treatment efficiency 1 month after surgery and recurrence rate 6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:The wound healing time and total hospital stay in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the treatment group was 6.67%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the treatment group was 98.33%,compared with 86.67%in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 1.69%,which was lower than 17.31%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dressing change based on differentiation of symptoms and stages for patients undergoing sacral caudal hairy sinus surgery can shorten postoperative wound healing time and hospital stay,reduce postoperative complications,reduce postoperative recurrence rate,improve the therapeutic effect of patients,and has high clinical application value.
