基于秩次差异的贵州省水资源与社会经济匹配特征分析

摘　　要：为量化水资源与社会经济的匹配特征,提出了一种基于秩次差异的基尼系数计算方法,分析了贵州省2000~2019年水资源与社会经济匹配关系的时空变化特征。结果表明,在时间上,贵州省年内水资源与社会经济之间的差异主要在行政区的秩次差异上,且在GDP与水资源的匹配关系上尤为突出;在空间上,贵阳市和黔南州的人口与水资源的差异程度较大,贵阳市和黔东南州的GDP与水资源的差异程度较大。因此,协调水资源与社会经济发展之间的矛盾对促进贵州省人水经济和谐发展意义重大。To quantify the matching characteristics between water resources and social economy,this paper proposes a Gini coefficient calculation method based on rank differences,and analyzes the spatiotemporal matching characteristics between water resources and social economy in Guizhou Province from 2000 to 2019.The results show that in terms of time,the difference between water resources and social economy in Guizhou Province is mainly due to the rank difference of administrative regions,and the matching relationship between GDP and water resources is particularly prominent.In terms of space,the population and water resources of Guiyang and district of south of Guizhou Province are quite different,while the GDP and water resources of Guiyang and district of southeast of Guizhou Province have obviously difference.Therefore,coordinating the contradiction between water resources and social and economic development is of great significance to promoting the harmonious development of human,water and economy in Guizhou Province.
