摘  要:随着金沙江下游梯级水库的不断建成投产,各水库存在汛末竞争性蓄水矛盾。以金沙江下游乌东德、白鹤滩、溪洛渡、向家坝四库为研究对象,对比分析即将建成投运的乌-白梯级蓄水对下游已投运多年的溪-向梯级在防洪、发电、蓄水、航运等方面的综合影响。结果表明,乌-白投运后,按照四库规程蓄水安排,川渝河段防洪安全得到进一步保障;溪洛渡蓄满率不受影响但向家坝蓄满率减少1%;溪-向梯级年均发电量较乌-白梯级蓄水前增加3.2%;年均禁航天数由0.49 d增至1.42 d,消落期内金沙江下游通航条件大大改善,但8~9月禁航天数有所增加。为保证水资源、航运效益尽可能不受上游水库蓄水影响,在不影响防洪安全的前提下,溪洛渡、向家坝水库可分别从580、370 m起蓄。As the cascade reservoirs in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River continue to be built and put into operation,reservoirs compete with each other to store water at the end of the flood season.Taking the Wudongde,Baihetan,Xiluodu,and Xiangjiaba reservoirs as the research objects,this article analyzed the impoundment impact on the flood control,power generation,water storage,and navigation from the Wu-Bai cascade to the Xi-Xiang cascade.According to the operation rules in storage arrangement,after the Wu-Bai cascade is put into operation,the flood control safety of the Jinsha river is further guaranteed.The water storage filling rate of Xiluodu is not affected but the water storage filling rate of Xiangjiaba reservoir is reduced by 1%.The average annual power generation of the Xi-Xiang cascade increased by 3.2%.The annual average number of restricted navigation in Xiangjiaba increased from 0.49 d to 1.42 d.During the down period,the navigation conditions of the downstream were greatly improved,but the number of restricted navigation from August to September increased.In order to ensure the comprehensive benefits are not affected by the impoundment of the upstream reservoirs as much as possible,the Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba reservoirs can be stored from 580 m and 370 m respectively.
