摘  要:双向调压井为输水系统水锤防护的有效措施,基于某水库工程长距离有压输水系统,采用特征线法进行停泵水锤计算,研究了泵站前设置非溢流式圆形截面双向调压井时不同调压井体型参数(竖井直径D、与管路的连接管径d)对管路水锤压力的影响。结果表明,管路沿程最大压力点水锤压力随D与d的增大而减小;水泵进口水锤压力ΔP_(1)主要与d有关,d越大ΔP_(1)越小,ΔP_(2)随D与d的增大而减小,ΔP_(3)随D的减小而增大,随d的增大而增大;泵后阀门出口停泵水锤压力主要与d有关,d越大阀门出口压力下降越低,随后在发生倒流时升压越大;并根据调压井涌波水位的变化规律进一步提出变截面调压井体型。Double-purpose surge tank is effective measure to protect water transfer system from water hammer.The impacts of non-overflow double-purpose surge tank of circular section settled at the upstream of pump station with different configuration(the diameter of surge shaft and orifice,D and d)on pump failure water hammer in pipeline were studied by characteristic method on the basis of long-distance pressure water supply system of a reservoir project.The results show that water hammer pressure for the node where maximum pressure occurs decreases with increase of D and d.Water hammer pressureΔP_(1)at the pump inlet decreases with increase of d,ΔP_(2)decreases with increase of D and d,andΔP_(3)increases with decrease of D and increase of d.Water hammer pressure at the valve outlet settled at downstream of pump is mainly related to d.Pressure at valve outlet declines more and rises greater when backflow occurs with larger d.The surge tank with variable cross section was proposed according to variation law of surge wave in surge tank.
