摘  要:以硝酸铝和碳酸氢铵为原料,通过添加氟化铵作为形貌控制剂制备片状氧化铝微粉,研究了控制剂含量、反应液p H值、煅烧温度对片状氧化铝的影响,并结合试验结果分析了片状氧化铝生长机理。研究表明,氟可促进氧化铝向单向生长,形成片状氧化铝,并且随着氟含量的增加,制备的片状氧化铝六角形貌特征更加明显,制备的片状氧化铝片状直径约为5~8μm,厚度约0.5~1μm。调节反应液pH可制备厚度更薄的片状氧化铝微粉,当p H=8.5时制备的氧化铝径厚比约20~30。随着煅烧温度的提高,制备的片状氧化铝厚度逐渐增大,氧化铝晶型发育更加完整。片状氧化铝是由多个相邻的氧化铝粒子通过定向生长,不断填充相邻间隙,最终长大为六角片状结形貌。In this paper,aluminum nitrate and ammonium bicarbonate were used as raw materials to prepare plate-like alumina powder by adding ammonium fluoride as morphology control agent.The effects of control agent content,pH value of reaction solution and calcinated temperature on flake alumina were studied,and the growth mechanism of flake alumina was analyzed combined with experimental results.The results showed that fluorine can promote the unidirectional growth of alumina and form plate-like alumina.With the increase of fluorine content,the hexagonal morphology of the prepared alumina is more obvious.The prepared flake alumina is about 5~8μm in diameter and 0.5~lμm in thickness.The thinner plate-like alumina powder can be prepared by adjusting the pH of the reaction solution,and the thickness-diameter ratio of alumina prepared at pH=8.5 is about 20~30.With the increase of calcinated temperature,the thickness of the prepared flake alumina increases gradually,and the crystal development of alumina is more complete.Plate-like alumina is formed by directional growth of multiple adjacent alumina particles,continuously filling the adjacent gap,and finally forming hexagonal plate-like structure.
