摘  要:采用正交实验法得出了粉煤灰地质聚合物优化样品的配比组成。在此基础上,对样品进行了XRD、SEMEDS、TG-DTA及FTIR表征。结果表明:优组合为粉煤灰82%、炉渣24%、硅酸钠11%、氢氧化钠3%、激发剂用量13%,样品的抗折强度为33.12 MPa。样品显微结构中出现聚束状Na型针沸石相与天然碱相,沸石集合体由自形-半自形的纤丝组合,沿一维延长,长度可达20μm,局部能见到较多粗大柱状的天然碱相。优化样品的FTIR图谱中代表无定型Si-O-T伸缩振动在1090 cm-1处,但与其他样品相比,峰值与峰面积均增加,表明胶凝产物的数量增加,样品抗折强度增加。DTA曲线899.8℃出现放热峰,缩聚产物此时开始崩塌并引起物相转变,结构开始变得更加有序。Fly ash based geopolymer materials were optimized by orthogonal experimental method.On the basis,XRD,SEM-EDS,TG-DTA and FTIR were employed to characterize the phases and microstructure of the optimized sample.The results show that the appropriate materials amounts are 82%fly ash,24%slag,11%sodium silicate,3%sodium hydroxide and 13%activator dosage.The bending strength of the optimized sample is 33.12 MPa.Ferrierite-Na and Trona are formed in the microstructure of the optimized samples and the crystal of ferrierite-Na consists of a combination of idiomorphic-semniidiomorphic filaments which grows in one dimension and the length of the long axis can achieve 20μm.Trona with bulky columnar morphology can be seen around the crystal of ferrierite-Na.The stretching vibrations of the sample representing amorphous Si-O-T is located at 1090 cm^(-)1 in the FTIR spectra,while the Peak and the area increases compared with other samples,and the bending strength of the sample forming more gel products increases.An exothermic peak appears in the DTA curve at 899.8 C,The condensation products begin to be destroyed and cause phase transformation,and the structure began to become more orderly.
