摘 要:为研究枯草芽孢杆菌对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,选取480只30周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复40只;对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg、600 mg/kg枯草芽孢杆菌制剂的日粮,试验期84 d。结果显示:试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组产蛋率、平均蛋重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组的产蛋率显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组的产蛋率、平均蛋重间差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组蛋壳颜色、蛋黄相对重、蛋壳强度等指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,在日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌能够提高海兰褐蛋鸡的生产性能、改善蛋品质,添加剂量400 mg/kg较为合适。In order to study the effects of Bacillus subtilis on production performance and egg quality of laying hens, a total of 480 healthy 30-week-age Hy-Line Brown laying hens with similar laying week age, body weight and laying rate were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group with 3 replicates and 40 hens in each replicate. The control group(Group Ⅰ) was fed with basal diet, and the experimental groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were fed with basal diet supplemented with 200 mg/kg, 400 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg Bacillus subtilis preparation respectively, and the experiment lasted for 84 days. The result showed that the laying rate and average egg weight in group Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05), and the laying rate in group Ⅲand Ⅳ were significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ(P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in laying rate and average egg weight between group Ⅲ and Ⅳ(P>0.05). Eggshell color、relative weight of yolk and eggshell strength in group Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05), there were no significant difference among group Ⅱ, Ⅲ andⅣ(P>0.05). The results indicated that diet addition of Bacillus subtilis preparation could improve the production performance and quality of eggs of Hy-Line Brown laying hens, and the suitable supplemental level was 400 mg/kg in diet.
