雪峰乌骨鸡鸡蛋绿壳色度与胆绿素含量相关性分析

摘　　要：为探究雪峰乌骨鸡绿壳蛋的胆绿素含量与蛋壳壳色的相关关系,在44~51周龄的233只绿壳基因纯合型和513只绿壳基因杂合型雪峰乌骨鸡群体中连续8周各随机抽取绿壳蛋30个,测定其蛋壳颜色L^(*)、a^(*)、b^(*)值和蛋壳胆绿素含量,分析蛋壳胆绿素含量与蛋壳颜色值之间的相关性并建立雪峰乌骨鸡绿壳蛋壳色与胆绿素含量的回归方程。结果表明:绿壳基因纯合型与杂合型鸡的蛋壳胆绿素含量(mg/g)分别为0.039±0.011 mg/g和0.024±0.009 mg/g,差异极显著(P<0.01);不同基因型鸡的蛋壳色度L^(*)、a^(*)、b^(*)值中,且仅a^(*)值与胆绿素含量之间呈极显著表型负相关(P<0.01),相关系数分别为-0.839和-0.752;绿壳基因纯合型与杂合型鸡的蛋壳颜色a^(*)值与胆绿素含量之间的回归方程分别为y=-0.0003x+0.071(R^(2)=0.78)和y=-0.055x+0.032(R^(2)=0.62);结果提示,蛋壳色度a^(*)值可作为雪峰乌骨鸡蛋壳绿色深浅度的衡量指标,具备作为雪峰乌骨鸡绿壳蛋品系选育提供帮助的潜力。In order to explore the correlation between the biliverdin content of the blue shell eggs of Xuefeng black-bone fowl and the color of the shell,233 blue shell genes homozygous and 513 blue shell genes heterozygous at 44 to 51 weeks of age were studied as materials.Thirty blue-shell eggs were randomly selected from the Xuefeng black-bone chicken population for 8 consecutive weeks,and the shell color L^(*),a^(*),b^(*)values and the biliverdin content of the eggshell were measured,and the biliverdin content and the eggshell shell were analyzed.The correlation between the color values and the regression equation of Xuefeng black-bone chicken blue shell eggshell color and biliverdin content were established.The results showed that the eggshell biliverdin content(mg/g) of the homozygous and heterozygous chickens of the blue shell gene were 0.039±0.011 mg/g and 0.024±0.009 mg/g,respectively,and the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).Among the eggshell chromaticity L^(*),a^(*),b values of different genotypes of chickens,and only the a value and the biliverdin content showed a very significant negative phenotypic correlation(P<0.01),the correlation coefficients were-0.839 and-0.752.The regression equations between the eggshell color a value and the biliverdin content of the blue shell gene homozygous and heterozygous chickens are y=-0.000 3 x+0.071(R^(2)=0.78)and y=-0.055 x+ 0.032(R^(2)=0.62).The results suggested that the a value of eggshell color could be used as a measure of the blue depth of Xuefeng black-bone chicken egg shells,and it could be used as a help for the selection and breeding of Xuefeng blackbone chicken blue-shell egg lines.
