摘 要:为掌握近年来危害宁都黄鸡的疫病流行特征,试验采用PCR、RT-PCR方法对2018年1月—2020年12月采集的437份病(死)宁都黄鸡样品进行细菌类与病毒类病原的检测。结果显示:样品中细菌类病原阳性占34.8%(152/437),主要为大肠杆菌、沙门菌和多杀性巴氏杆菌;病毒类病原阳性占26.1%(114/437),主要为H9亚型禽流感病毒和基因Ⅶ型新城疫病毒,且多与大肠杆菌共感染。另外还发现了两种新发病毒(禽4型腺病毒、禽坦布苏病毒)。上述结果表明,近年来危害宁都黄鸡的疫病较为复杂,不仅细菌病的发生与危害较以往严重、细菌和病毒共感染现象严重,同时还存在禽4型腺病毒病和禽坦布苏病毒病等新发病毒病。To investigate the prevalent characteristics of infectious diseases in Ningduhuang chicken during 2018 to 2020,437 samples were collected from Ningdu huang chicken and detected by PCR and RT-PCR methods for bacterial and viral pathogens.The results showed that the positive rates of bacteria pathogens was 34.8%(152/437),which mainly include Escherichia coli,Salmonella and Pasteurella multocida.H9 subtype avian influenza virus(AIV) and genotype Ⅶ Newcastle disease virus(NDV)were the major viral pathogens,and accounted for a positive rate of 26.1%(114/437).Among the viral-positive sample,most of them were co-infected with Escherichia coli.In addition,two novel virus,fowl adenovirus serotype-4 and avian Tambutsu virus,had also been detected.The above results indicated that there were many kinds of pathogens endangering Ningdu huang chicken in recent years,not only the occurrence frequency and hazard degree of bacteria was high than before,but also the coinfection of bacteria and virus was serious.Additional,there were newly emerging infectious agents,such as fowl adenovirus serotype 4 disease and avian Tambutsu virus disease circulated in Ningdu huang chicken.
