摘　　要：禽戊型肝炎病毒(Avian hepatitis E virus,aHEV)是引起鸡大肝大脾病或肝炎脾大综合征的主要病原,自2016年以来,我国出现了新基因型aHEV的流行,可感染更低日龄鸡群,并引起不同于以往的临床症状,给养殖业造成严重的经济损失。aHEV的宿主范围广泛,除了感染鸡、火鸡等常见家禽外,还能感染野外其它禽类与家猪等,有潜在的人兽共患风险。近年来,在aHEV与宿主细胞相互作用、疫苗研制等方面取得了一定的进展,文章就aHEV的病原学、流行病学、病毒与宿主细胞相互作用及疫苗研制等方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为未来aHEV的深入研究及引起的相关疾病的综合防控提供参考。Avian hepatitis E virus(aHEV) is the causative agent of big liver and spleen disease and hepatitis and splenomegaly syndrome.Since 2016,there has been an epidemic of a new genotype aHEV in China,which can infect younger-aged chickens and cause clinical symptoms different from those in the past,and has caused large economic loss in breeding industry in China.The aHEV has wide host ranges,including chickens,turkeys,other wild birds and pigs,posting a zoonosis potential.In recent years,some attractive progresses have been achieved on the interaction between aHEV and host,and vaccine development.The review described the research progress in aHEV regarding etiology,epidemiology,the interaction between aHEV and host,vaccine development so as to provide references for the in-depth study of aHEV and integrated prevention and control of related diseases.
