摘  要:通过在Q345NQR2热轧H型钢加入0.0050%铈铁合金,研究了稀土(Rare Earth,RE)加入对铸坯高温性能、力学性能及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:在VD真空后加入铈铁合金工艺可行,成品稀土含量收得率为28%;铈铁合金的加入有效改善了Q345NQR2异型坯高温脆性;-40℃低温冲击韧性及耐腐蚀性能略有提高,但改善效果不明显。By adding 0.0050% cerium iron alloy into Q345NQR2 hot rolled H-beam,the effects of rare earth(RE)addition on high temperature properties,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of slab were studied.The results show that adding cerium iron alloy after VD vacuum is feasible,and the yield of rare earth in finished product is 28%.The addition of cerium iron alloy can effectively improve the high temperature brittleness of Q345NQR2.The impact toughness and corrosion resistance at -40℃ are slightly improved,but the improvement effect is not obvious.
