摘 要:针对闪光焊接头超声波双探头探伤不合格的接头进行了宏观及微观组织分析,发现由于接头热处理加热不均匀,造成正火后接头显微组织不一致,焊缝部分区域珠光体转变不完全,由此形成了超声波反射界面。采用线圈外磁场感应加热方式,加热线圈与钢轨表面距离的偏差是导致接头组织不一致的主要原因。应注意严格确保线圈与钢轨表面间隙。当出现双探头探伤不合格时,应采用单探头进行复探,如在合格范围内,可更换设备,对接头进行再次热处理,缺陷即可消除。The macroscopic and microstructure analysis of the flash butt welded joint which is unqualified in ultrasonic dual-probe flaw detection showed that the uneven heat treatment of the joint caused inconsistent microstructure of the joint after normalizing,and the pearlite transformation in some areas of the welded joint was incomplete.As a result,an ultrasonic reflection interface was formed.The induction heating method with coil external magnetic was adopted,and the deviation of the distance between the heating coil and the surface of the rail was the main reason of the inconsistent joint organization.Care should be taken to strictly ensure the clearance between the coil and the surface of the rail.When the double-probe test is unqualified,a single probe should be used for retesting.If the test result is within the qualified range,the equipment can be replaced,and the joint can be heat-treated again,and the defect can be eliminated.
