育果袋纸原纸生产工艺优化的研究

摘　　要：以不同打浆度的废报纸浆及漂白针叶木浆为主要纤维原料,并添加湿强剂、石蜡乳液、阳离子松香胶、硫酸铝等化工助剂,制备育果袋纸原纸,考察了打浆度、纤维复配比例、施胶工艺及化工助剂用量等因素对育果袋纸性能的影响,优化育果袋纸抄造工艺。结果表明:废报纸浆能提供良好的透气度,漂白针叶木浆能带来强度性能的提升,采用石蜡乳液进行表面施胶工艺处理后,纸张具有优秀的抗水性能,浆内施胶剂的添加与否,对纸张的抗水性能没有影响;通过对浆料湿部特性的把握,在湿强剂用量降低40%的情况下,育果袋纸依然具有良好湿抗张强度。In this paper,the waste newspaper pulp and softwood pulp were used as the basic fiber materials in the making of fruit cultivating bag paper.And the influence factors of fiber beating degree,ratio of two basic fiber materials,sizing process and dosage of chemical additives,which could impact the properties of fruit cultivating bag paper,were explored in this paper.The results showed that the waste newspaper pulp could provide good air permeability,the softwood pulp could improve the paper strength.After surface sizing with paraffin emulsion,the paper had excellent water resistance.The addition of in-slurry sizing agent had no effect on the water resistance of the paper.The paper still had good wet tensile strength under the condition that the dosage of wet strength agent was reduced by 40%.
