摘　　要：国废脱墨漂白后可以代替部分漂白木浆用来生产双胶纸等文化用纸。在国废脱墨浆(DIP)漂白过程中,一般采用传统的过氧化氢漂白和保险粉漂白,但在实际生产中发现,保险粉漂白不仅效率较低,而且脱墨浆易泛黄。为了优化脱墨浆漂白工艺,山东华泰纸业股份有限公司引进新型还原漂白剂漂白,并验证了现场合成新型还原性漂白剂对脱墨浆性能的影响。结果表明:新型还原性漂白剂能够在降低前段过氧化氢用量的前提下,进一步提高脱墨浆的白度并显著提高浆料抗张强度和白度稳定性;优化还原性漂白工艺后,在亮白双胶纸的抄造过程中可以减少木浆的使用比例,降低生产成本。After deinking and bleaching,the internal waste paper can partially replace the bleached wood pulp to produce bright white offset paper and other cultural paper.In the bleaching process of domestic deinked pulp(DIP),traditional hydrogen peroxide bleaching and sodium hydrosulfite bleaching are usually used.However,it is found that the bleaching efficiency of sodium hydrosulfite is low and the deinked pulp is easy to turn yellow.In order to optimize the bleaching process of deinked pulp,the company introduces a new type of reducing bleaching agent,and verifies the effect of on-site synthetic reducing bleach on deinked pulp properties.The results show that the new reductive agent bleaching can further increase the brightness of deinked pulp and significantly improve the tensile strength and whiteness stability of pulp under the premise of reducing the amount of hydrogen peroxide in the front section.After optimizing the reductive bleaching process,the proportion of wood pulp can be reduced and the production cost can be reduced.
