宋业强教授治疗泛发性脓疱型银屑病经验总结

摘　　要：泛发性脓疱型银屑病(Generalized Pustular Psoriasis,GPP)临床上少见,发病约占银屑病的0.77%,但症状严重,病情危机且治疗棘手,难度大,目前仍是临床医师的一大难题。单纯西医治疗本病不良反应大,且极易复发。宋业强教授认为血热是GPP发病的重要病机,贯穿疾病整个过程,治疗时应在辨证论治前提下以清热凉血为主。中药治疗GPP临床效果突出,不良反应小且不易复发,这为临床医生治疗GPP提供了新思路。谨以此文着重介绍山东名老中医宋业强教授在治疗GPP上独特中医辨证思路、中药内外综合治疗方法和突出的临床效果。Generalized pustular psoriasis(GPP)is a rare disease in clinic,which accounts for about 0.77% of psoriasis.However,it is still a big problem for clinicians due to its serious symptoms,crisis and difficult treatment.The side effect of Western medicine is great,and it is easy to recur.Professor Song Yeqiang holds that blood heat is an important pathogenesis of GPP,which runs through the whole process of the disease.The treatment should be based on clearing heat and cooling blood under the premise of syndrome differentiation and treatment.The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on GPP is outstanding,its side effect is less and it is not easy to recur,which provides a new way for clinicians to treat GPP.This paper focuses on the introduction of Professor Song Yeqiang,a famous old Chinese medicine doctor in Shandong Province,in the treatment of GPP,the unique thinking of TCM syndrome differentiation,internal and external comprehensive treatment methods of TCM and outstanding clinical effects.
