摘  要:目的:探讨马伟明主任中医师治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome,IBS-D)的组方用药规律,阐述其临证经验。方法:收集及选取马伟明主任中医师临床治疗IBS-D处方。基于中医传承辅助系统软件,采用关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析其组方规律;并分析及阐述马伟明主任中医师治疗IBS-D的用药经验。结果:纳入马伟明主任中医师治疗IBS-D 287首处方,明确其常用药物7个、核心组合8组及新处方4首,绘制其网络图进行展现。结论:基于中医传承辅助系统软件进行数据挖掘,提出马医师治疗IBS-D以肝脾同调为要,以理气祛湿为重的治疗原则,临证强调“和法为先”的学术思想。Objective:To discuss the prescription rule of MA Weiming in the treatment of diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)and to expound its clinical experience.Methods:To collect and select the clinical prescriptions of IBS-D by MA Weiming,director of Chinese medicine.Based on the assistant system software of TCM inheritance,data mining methods such as association rules and complex system entropy clustering were adopted to analyze the rules of its formulation.The experience of Director MA Weiming in the treatment of IBS-D was analyzed and elaborated.Results:287 prescriptions of Director MA Weiming in the treatment of IBS-D were included,including 7 commonly used drugs,8 core combinations and 4 new prescriptions,and the network diagram was drawn for presentation.Conclusion:Data mining was carried out based on the TCM inheritance assistance system software,and the therapeutic principle of treating IBS-D with harmonizing liver and spleen,regulating Qi clearing damp is put forward in clinical practice.
