摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症是常见的临床疾病,根性痛是主要症状之一。文章通过整理归纳并深入研究周友龙教授针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出根性痛的经验发现:周友龙教授在腰椎间盘突出根性痛急性期,依据经络皮部理论,按照“循经分布,通督化瘀”的原则,采用“以经刺皮”的针法,针到痛止,镇痛效果显著,持续时间长。文章旨在整理总结周友龙教授针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出根性痛的经验,其方法简单、有效,值得借鉴和推广。Lumbar disc herniation is a common clinical disease,root pain is one of the main symptoms.This paper summarizes and deeply studies Professor ZHOU Youlong’s experience in the treatment of root pain of lumbar disc herniation with acupuncture.It is found that Professor ZHOU Youlong,in the acute stage of root pain of lumbar disc herniation,follows the theory of meridians and skin,and adheres to the principle of“distributing along meridians and removing blood stasis”,adopts the acupuncture method of“pricking skin through meridians”to stop pain,which has remarkable analgesic effect and longtime analgesia.The goal of this paper is to summarize Professor ZHOU Youlong’s experience in the treatment of root pain caused by lumbar disc herniation with acupuncture.The method is simple and effective,and it is worthy of reference and promotion.
