摘 要:目的探讨四君子汤加减对功能性消化不良(FD)的餐后不适综合征(PDS)亚型患者外周血线粒体DNA的影响。方法70例餐后不适综合征患者随机分为治疗组45例,对照组25例,治疗组分别给予脾虚I号方、II号方、III号方复方颗粒剂,对照组给予含有5%浓度复方颗粒剂安慰剂,两组均是1袋/次,3次/d,治疗4周。观察外周血线粒体拷贝数。结果与治疗前比较,治疗组患者外周血线粒体拷贝数显著增加(P<0.01),对照组患者外周血线粒体拷贝数降低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组患者外周血线粒体拷贝数显著增加(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤加减治疗PDS的作用机制可能与提高外周血线粒体拷贝数含量有关。Objective To investigate the effect of Sijunzi Decoction on mitochondrial DNA in peripheral blood of patients with functional dyspepsia(FD)and postprandial discomfort syndrome(PDS).Methods 70 patients with postprandial discomfort syn-drome were randomly divided into treatment group(n=45)and control group(n=25).The treatment group was given com-pound granules of spleen deficiency I,II and III,and the control group was given placebo containing 5%concentration of com-pound granules.Both groups were given 1 bag/time,3 times/day for 4 weeks.Results Compared with before treatment,the mitochondrial copy number in the peripheral blood of the treatment group was significantly increased(P<0.01),while that of the control group was decreased(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the mitochondrial copy number of peripheral blood in the treatment group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Sijunzi Decoction can strengthen the spleen and promote gastric motility in the treatment of postprandial discomfort syndrome,and the mechanism may be to increase the con-tent of mitochondrial copy number in peripheral blood.
