摘　　要：经前期综合征(Premenstrual Syndrome,PMS)发于育龄期女性,月经前期周期性出现不适的躯体及情绪症状,经前烦燥症(Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder,PMDD)是其重症类型。临床常伴焦虑及抑郁等情绪障碍为肝失疏泄典型疾病,严重影响患者生活质量且易共生其他情绪障碍类疾病。然该病发病机制复杂,现代医学尚缺乏应答率高的临床药物,但基于“肝主疏泄”认识,PMDD诊疗状况好转,随着PMS/PMDD发病机制研究的逐渐深入,GABA_(A)受体成为新的生物标志物。本文将从PMS/PMDD关键发病机制切入研究“肝主疏泄”理论内涵,探索其与GABA_(A)受体相关性,以期为肝主疏泄内涵阐释增添新认识。Premenstrual syndrome(PMS)occurs in women of childbearing age.The physical and emotional symptoms of PMS appear periodically.Premenstrual dysphoric disorder(PMDD)is a severe type.Anxiety and depression are the typical diseases of liver dysfunction,which seriously affect the quality of life and are easy to coexist with other emotional disorders.However,the pathogenesis of the disease is complex,and modern medicine still lacks clinical drugs with high response rate.However,based on the understanding of"liver dominating and relieving",the diagnosis and treatment of PMDD has improved.With the deepening of the study on the pathogenesis of PMS/PMDD,GABA_(A)receptor has become a new biomarker.In this paper,the key pathogene-sis of PMS/PMDD will be studied based on the theory of"liver dominating and relieving",and the relationship between PMS/PMDD and GABA_(A)receptor will be explored,so as to add new understanding to the pathogenesis research and the connotation in-terpretation of liver dominating and relieving.
