摘  要:目的:建立参苓白术丸中铅、砷、汞、镉、铜5种重金属元素的残留检测方法。方法:样品经微波消解后,以锗、铟、铋混合溶液作为内标,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)进行5种重金属元素的残留量测定。结果:铅、砷、汞、镉、铜5种重金属元素的线性关系良好(r≥0.9998),回收率在87.4%~106.3%(RSD≤6.1%)范围内,方法的检出限在0.019~0.066 mg·kg^(-1)范围内。7批样品不同程度的检测出了铅、砷、汞、镉、铜,但均在安全限度之内。结论:该检测方法准确,灵敏度高,参苓白术丸中5种重金属元素均达到较好控制。Objective:To establish a method for residue detection of 5 kinds of heavy metal elements including lead(Pb),arsenic(As),mercury(Hg),cadmium(Cd)and copper(Cu)in Shenling Baizhu pills.Methods:The samples were digested by microwave,and then germanium,indium,bismuth mixture solution was used as internal standards for the detection of the residual mass concentration of 5 metal elements by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Results:The linear relationship of Pb,As,Hg,Cd and Cu was good(r≥0.9998).The recovery rate was 87.4%-106.3%(RSD≤6.1%).The detection limits of the method ranged was 0.019-0.066 mg·kg^(-1).7 batches of samples contained different concentrations of Pb,As,Hg,Cd and Cu,but all the elements were within safety limits.Conclusion:The method was accurate and sensitive.5 kinds of heavy metal elements were well controlled in Shenling Baizhu pills.
