摘　　要：河南天池抽水蓄能电站蜗壳座环为整体结构,座环上、下法兰面为精加工面,没有二次加工余量。蜗壳座环整体发运至现场完成拼装焊接、安装及混凝土浇筑。施工过程中需采取有效的工艺措施,对蜗壳组焊、水压试验、混凝土浇筑等过程难点严格控制,保证浇筑后座环上、下法兰面水平度。该施工工艺可供同类型电站借鉴。The Spiral case and stay ring of Henan Tianchi pumped storage power station is an integral structure,the upper and lower flange surfaces of the stay ring are finished,without secondary processing margin.The Spiral case and stay ring is shipped to the site for assembly,welding,installation and concrete pouring.During the construction process,effective technological measures should be taken to strictly control the difficulties in the process of Spiral case welding,water pressure test and concrete pouring to ensure the levelness of the upper and lower flange surface for the stay ring after pouring.This construction technology can be used for reference of similar projects.
