摘  要:目前国内水电的开发已进入成熟稳定,水电行业的发展由开发逐步转变为安全稳定运行,如何在保证电力供应的同时,更好地兼顾防洪、航运、发电等民生任务,将成为未来一定时期内水电行业发展的重要方向。本文以水电站实际调度过程中的难点问题为引,以调度经验为基础,从防洪、航运、发电等方面,对梯级水电站调度难点进行分析总结,通过采取有效的应对策略,使梯级水电站的调度更加稳定、可靠,保障梯级水电站的安全。At present,the development of domestic hydropower industry has entered a mature and stable stage,and the development of hydropower industry has gradually changed from development to safe and stable operation.How to better take into account people's livelihood tasks such as flood control,navigation and power generation while ensuring power supply will become an important direction for the development of hydropower industry in a certain period of time in the future.Based on the difficulties in the actual operation of hydropower stations and based on the dispatching experience,this paper analyzes and summarizes the operation difficulties of cascade hydropower stations from the aspects of flood control,navigation and power generation,and adopts effective countermeasures.It makes the operation of cascade hydropower stations more stable and reliable,and ensures the safety of cascade hydropower stations.
