《松峰说疫》中针刮法治疗杂疫特色探析

摘　　要：清代嘉庆名医刘奎《松峰说疫》一书中共载杂疫72种,其中46种杂疫治疗涉及针刮法。刘氏针刮法选穴精炼,针法常用放血要穴,刮法多取背部穴位,随症选穴与有序选穴并重;针刮治疗,灵活变通;分经论治,针药并行;注重禁忌,病后瘥复。There are 72 kinds of miscellaneous diseases in Song Feng Shuo Yi written by Liu Kui,a famous doctor of Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty.Among them,46 kinds of miscellaneous diseases are treated by needle scraping.Liu's needling and scraping method is refined in selecting points.The needling method is often used to bloodletting points,and scraping method is mostly used to select points on the back;Needle curettage is flexible;Acupuncture and medicine should be used simultaneously;Pay attention to taboo and recover after illness.
