摘　　要：原发免疫性血小板减少症是以无明确诱因的孤立性外周血血小板计数减少为主要特点的获得性自身免疫性出血性疾病,中医属“血证”“紫癜”“发斑”“衄血”等范畴。文章从病因、病机、辨证、施治等方面总结重庆市名中医胡陵静教授治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症的临诊经验。胡陵静教授认为本病多因气血两燔,热毒内蕴而致,临床上以犀角地黄汤合白虎汤加减治以清热解毒,凉血散血,随证加减,取得良好疗效。Primary immune thrombocytopenia is an acquired autoimmune hemorrhagic disease characterized by isolated peripheral thrombocytopenia without definite inducible factors.In traditional Chinese medicine,it belongs to the categories of“blood disease”,“purpura”,“patchy”and“epistaxis”.This paper summarizes the clinical experience of professor Hu Lingjing,a famous TCM doctor in Chongqing,in treating primary immune thrombocytopenia from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment.Professor Hu believes that the disease is mainly caused by vigorous heat at qi-blood phase,and the connotation of heat and poison.Clinically,the treatment of rhinoceros horn and rehmannla Decoction combined with Baihu decoction is to clear heat and detoxify,cool blood and disperse blood.
