摘　　要：大国工匠精神是我国新历史背景下对人才提出的职业品格要求,形塑墨子创造性人格则是弘扬大国工匠精神的重要路径。大国工匠精神与墨子创造性人格的融通与共育,既是助推实现伟大中国梦的文化内驱力,也是立德树人、为国育才的必然要求。大国工匠精神与墨子创造性人格是创新的一体两面,实现二者交汇融通的关键在于国家情怀和自主创新。实现二者共育的要旨在于以墨子文化为土壤,以情怀引领为基础,以自主创新为目标,以师徒传承为途径,以融合协同机制为保障。The spirit of great country craftsmen is a professional character requirement for talents under the new historical background of our country and shaping Mozi's creative personality is an important way to carry forward the spirit of great country craftsmen.The integration and co-education of great country craftsman spirit and Mozi's creative personality is not only the cultural internal driving force to promote the realization of the great Chinese Dream,but also the inevitable requirement of building morality and cultivating people and talents for the country.The great country craftsman spirit and Mozi's creative personality are one and two sides of innovation.The key to the integration of the two lies in the national feelings and independent innovation.The essence of realizing the co-education of the two lies in taking Mozi-culture as the soil,taking emotion guidance as the foundation,taking independent innovation as the goal,taking the inheritance of teachers and apprentices as the way,and taking the integration and coordination mechanism as the guarantee.
