摘  要:针对目前方法未能获取机场进离场的流量分布特性,导致无法有效检测出机场的跑道容量曲线,模型占用比高、抗干扰能力差等问题,提出京津冀区域机场进离场流量动态规划模型设计方法。利用K-S检验法获取机场进离场的流量分布特性,将获取的流量分布特性与动态规划方法相结合,完成对航班队列的过程演化,获取机场航道与航空器之间安全距离。最后将队列演化结果与获取的安全距离进行整合,构建京津冀区域机场进离场流量动态规划模型。实验结果表明,运用上述方法构建的动态规划模型,可以有效检测出机场跑道容量曲线,模型占用比低,抗干扰能力好。In fact, the invalid detection of the airport runway capacity curve is caused by the lack of airport arrival and departure flow distribution characteristics, resulting in a high model occupancy ratio and poor anti-interference ability. In this regard, this paper reports the design method of the dynamic programming model of airport arrival and departure flow in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. According to the K-S test method, the flow distribution characteristics of airport arrival and departure were obtained, and the results were combined with the dynamic programming method to complete the process evolution of flight queue in order to obtain the safe distance between airport channel and aircraft. The queue evolution results and the obtained safety distance were combined to construct the dynamic programming model of airport arrival and departure traffic in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The experimental results show that this method can effectively detect the airport runway capacity curve, and has a low model occupancy ratio and excellent anti-interference.
