摘 要:为满足电力用户需求、减少不必要的资源浪费,基于Stackelberg博弈过程设计了一种用电需求自动响应方法。根据电网不同参与方的功能设计需求响应系统的结构,包括感知层、网络层及应用层;将供应商与电力用户作为需求响应的主要参与者,结合用户缴费、边际成本与供需不平衡成本等效用,建立供应商层博弈模型;综合电费和用电满意度构建用户层博弈模型;全面考虑供应商与电力用户的利益,分析用电量和电价之间的约束条件,将多目标问题转换为单目标问题,从而确定需求响应目标函数,使供应商与用户层效益最大化;按照标准交互、智能决策、自动执行等特征,确定需求自动响应业务流程。仿真结果表明:该方法能够促进电网供需平衡,同时扩大了电网企业与电力用户的利益。In this paper, the automatic response method of power demand based on the Stackelberg game process is studied for meeting the needs of power users and improving resource utilization. According to the functions of different participants in the power grid, the structure of the demand response system(perception layer, network layer and application layer) was designed. Suppliers and power users were regarded as the main participants in demand response. They were combined with user payment, marginal cost and unbalanced cost of supply and demand to found a supplier level game model. Electricity charge and electricity satisfaction were utilized to build the user-level game model. According to the interest relationship between suppliers and power users, the constraints between power consumption and electricity price were systematically analyzed. The multi-objective problem was transformed into a single objective problem to determine the demand response objective function, being to maximize the benefits of suppliers and users. Through standard interaction, intelligent decision-making and automatic execution, the demand automatic response business process was determined. The simulation results show that this method can not only improve the supply-demand balance of the power grid, but also increase the interests of power grid enterprises and power users.
