摘  要:为解决由于摄像机与投影仪的非线性畸变,导致图像相位及测量结果出现较大误差的问题,提出一种基于相位映射的立体视觉测量误差补偿方法。依据立体视觉测量成像原理,分析得出引起测量误差的原因为摄像机和投影仪间呈现的非线性亮度传递函数,使得系统收集到的光栅条纹与既定的余弦函数有所差异,因此采用线性差值法构建出相机理想光栅和实际光栅间相位映射关系,作为参考校正投影光栅条纹相位误差。为满足线性差值的唯一性和单调性将图像相位作线性变换处理,并融合调整函数使映射表现为单调变化的序列,从而实现测量误差补偿。实验中将标准棋盘格中角点的共面性为指标验证补偿效果,结果显示补偿后测量系统的共面误差有很大幅度的降低,证明了所提方法的可行性较高。The nonlinear distortion of cameras and projectors leads to large errors in the image phase and measurement results. A stereo vision measurement error compensation method based on phase mapping is reported. The principle of stereo vision measurement and imaging was introduced to investigate the mechanism causing measurement error( the nonlinear brightness transfer function between camera and projector). Therefore, the linear difference method was applied to construct the phase mapping relationship between camera ideal grating and actual grating, and the obtained mapping relationship was utilized as a reference to correct the fringe phase error of projection grating. For meeting the uniqueness and monotonicity of the linear difference, the image phase was linearly transformed, and the adjustment function was combined to transform the mapping into a monotonically changing sequence. Finally, the measurement error compensation was completed. The coplanarity of the corners in the standard chessboard was adopted as an index to verify the compensation effect. The results show that the measurement system has reduced coplanarity error after compensation, indicating the feasibility of this method.
