新时期高校本科毕业生就业选择分析与就业质量提升对策——以天津N大学海洋学院为例

摘　　要：受疫情及经济下行的叠加影响,2021届本科毕业生就业形势愈加严峻,高校就业工作任务艰巨。本文以天津N大学海洋学院2021届本科毕业生为研究对象,研究发现本科毕业生在就业选择过程中存在就业观念不成熟、就业能力不强、就业心理素质过低等问题。从坚持常态化的就业政策宣讲、开展个性化指导与服务、丰富育人载体、加强就业心理咨询等方面为高校促进毕业生更加充分更高质量就业提供对策。Affected by the combination of epidemic situation and economic downturn,the employment situation of the 2021 graduates is more complicated and severe,and the task of employment in colleges and universities is more arduous.This paper takes the class of 2021 graduates of Marine College of Tianjin N University as the research object,It is found that the graduates have some problems in the process of employment choice,such as immature employment concept,weak employment ability and low employment psychological quality.This paper provides some countermeasures for promoting full employment and high-quality employment of college graduates from the following aspects:Adhering to the normal employment policy,developing individualized guidance and service,enriching educational carriers,and strengthening employment psychological consultation,etc.
