摘 要:目的 建立工作场所空气中磷酸三甲苯酯(TCP)的高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测方法。方法 采用自主研制的GDH-4空气采样管采集工作场所空气中蒸气态和气溶胶态TCP,经乙腈洗脱解吸和C;色谱柱分离后,采用HPLC-紫外检测器检测。以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果 TCP在质量浓度为0.07~116.00 mg/L时线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 95;检出限为0.02 mg/L,定量下限为0.07 mg/L;最低检出浓度、最低定量浓度分别为0.83和2.92μg/m^(3)(均以采集120 L空气、样品溶液体积为5 mL计算)。平均解吸效率为91.47%~100.01%;批内、批间相对标准偏差分别为1.80%~3.77%和1.61%~4.10%。样品在常温下可保存至少3 d。结论 本方法前处理简单、快速、定量下限低,准确度和灵敏度高,可适用于工作场所空气中TCP的采样与检测。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for detecting tricresyl phosphate(TCP) in workplace air. Methods GDH-4 air sampling tube was self-developed to collect vapor and aerosol TCP in the air of the workplace, and the TCP was eluted and desorbed with acetonitrile and separated by C;column. HPLC-ultraviolet detector was used for detected. The retention time was used for qualitative analysis and peak area for quantitative analysis. Results The good linearity range of TCP was 0.07-116.00 mg/L. The correlation coefficient was 0.999 95. The detection limit and the lower limit of quantitation were 0.02 and 0.07 mg/L respectively. The minimum detection concentration and minimum quantitation concentration were 0.83 and 2.92 μg/m^(3)(air sample volume of 120 L, 5 mL sample solution). The average desorption and elution efficiency was 91.47%-100.01%. The within-run relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.80 %-3.77 %, and the between-run RSD was 1.61%-4.10%. The samples could be stored at room temperature for at least three days. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, low limit of quantification, high accuracy and sensitivity. It can be used to detect TCP in the air of various workplaces.
