摘  要:文章介绍了一种被动导引头的宽带频综收发分机,包括7路宽带接收通道、2路宽带发射通道、宽带本振源和宽带校准源,用于被动导引头的射频传输通道。实现将天线接收的7路宽带信号下变频至中频输出至信号处理板,将信号处理板产生的中频信号上变频至宽带大功率信号通过天线发射输出,通过内部校准源对接收通道进行幅度和相位校准,2路宽带发射通道通过大功率开关和7路宽带接收通道共用端口输出。通过优化方案设计,实现了超宽带接收通道低杂散,采用小型化模块设计实现了异形体积下的结构布局及产品高通道隔离度。该分机应用在某新一代被动侦查、主动干扰功能一体的导引头前端。This paper introduces a wide band frequency synthesizer transceiver for passive seeker.It consists of seven wideband receiving channels,two wideband transmitting channels,a wideband local oscillator and a wideband calibration source,which is used as the RF transmission channel of the passive seeker.This machine down converts 7-channels of wideband signals received by the antenna to IF signals and outputs them to the signal processing board.It can also convert IF signals generated by the signal processing board to wideband high power signals and outputs them through the antenna.The amplitude and phase of the receiving channel are calibrated by the internal calibration source,the two wideband transmitting channels and the seven wideband receiving channels are output through the common ports of the high power switch.By optimizing the scheme design,low spurious of UWB receiving channels is realized,the irregular structure layout and high channel isolation of the product are realized by miniaturization module design.It is applied to a new generation ot passive detection and active interference functions of the seeker.
