摘 要:对于一辆赛车来说,其转向系统的影响非常大,其设计水平直接影响赛车的操纵稳定性,车手对于赛车的控制,通常也是控制赛车的转向系统完成。建立了转向系统的虚拟样机模型,同时还建立了空间转向梯形运动学模型,进一步完成优化转向梯形,利用Adams软件优化设计了转向断开点的坐标,进行优化设计,以及对轮胎各个部分转向角进行优化分析,结果表明,当轮胎发生跳动时,所设计的转向系统的定位参数不受影响,赛车稳态回转性能良好。The steering system has a great impact on the car. Its design level directly affects the handling and stability of the car. The driver’s control of the car is usually completed by controlling the steering system of the car. In the paper, the virtual prototype model of the steering system was established, and the kinematics model of the spatial steering trapezoid was also established to further optimize the steering trapezoid. The coordinates of the steering disconnection point were optimized and designed by using ADAMS software, and the steering angle of each part of the tire was optimized and analyzed. The results show that when the tire jumps, the positioning parameters of the designed steering system are not affected, and the steady-state rotation performance of the car is good.
