计划生育宣传教育护理在女性计划生育工作中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的分析计划生育宣传教育护理在女性计划生育工作中的临床应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月期间保健院收治的80例已婚女性作为研究对象。按照其接受的护理方法的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组女性接受常规宣教护理,观察组女性在常规宣教护理的基础上加用计划生育宣传教育护理。对两组的护理结果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的计划外妊娠发生率为2.5%,对照组患者的计划外妊娠发生率为20.0%,前者显著低于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的再次妊娠发生率为5.0%,对照组患者的再次妊娠率为25.0%,前者显著低于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理满意度方面,观察组女性的护理满意度为97.5%,对照组为77.5%,前者显著高于后者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在女性计划生育工作中,给予已婚女性计划生育宣传教育护理,可有效减少计划外妊娠及再次妊娠率,且女性的护理满意度较高,效果显著。Objective To analyze the role of family planning publicity,education and nursing in women’s family planning.Methods A total of 80 married women who were hospitalized in Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The women in the control group received routine publicity and education nursing,while women in the other observation group received additional publicity and education nursing of family planning on the basis of routine publicity and education nursing.Compare and analyze the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The incidence of unplanned pregnancy in the observation group was 2.5%,while that in the control group was 20.0%.The former was obviously lower than the latter(P<0.05);The incidence of second pregnancy in the observation group was 5.0%,while that in the control group was 25.0%.The former was significantly lower than the latter,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the nursing satisfaction of women in the observation group was 97.5%,while that in the control group was 77.5%.The former was significantly higher than that in the latter,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In women’s family planning work,giving married women family planning publicity,education and nursing can effectively reduce unplanned pregnancy and secondary pregnancy rate,and women’s nursing satisfaction is high and the effect is remarkable.
