摘  要:焦亚硫酸钠是重要的化工产品,通常以二氧化硫(SO_(2))和纯碱(Na_(2)CO_(3))为原料、采用三级反应器串联工艺生产,其中核心工艺设备反应器通常采用鼓泡反应器,其气体阻力所产生的能耗约占整个系统能耗的一半、是主要耗能设备之一。本文通过数值模拟计算,研究探讨了反应器结构和工况参数对设备阻力的影响。结果表明:与常规鼓泡反应器相比,顺喷预混进气反应器可大幅降低设备阻力;在三级反应器串联情况下,采用一级常规鼓泡反应器加两级顺喷预混进气反应器串联工艺的总阻力约为传统三级常规鼓泡反应器串联工艺总阻力的36.1%,节能效果明显。Sodium pyrosulfite is an important chemical product. It is usually produced with sulfur dioxide(SO_(2)) and sodium carbonate(Na_(2)CO_(3)) as raw materials and three-stage bubbling reactor series process. Bubbling reactor is usually used as the core process equipment reactor, and its energy consumption caused by gas resistance accounts for about half of the energy consumption of the whole system. It is one of the main energy consuming equipment. In this paper, the effects of reactor structure and operating parameters on equipment resistance are studied and discussed through numerical simulation. The results show that compared with conventional bubbling reactor, forward injection premixed inlet reactor can greatly reduce equipment resistance;In the case of threestage reactor in series, the total resistance of the series process of one-stage conventional bubbling reactor and two-stage forward injection premixed inlet reactor is about 36.1% of the total resistance of the series process of traditional three-stage conventional bubbling reactor, and the energy-saving effect is obvious.
