摘  要:调研湖北燃煤电厂地理位置、发电量及煤耗等基本情况,统计并计算2019年电厂烟气污染物排放总量及各污染物排放平均浓度及总量,分析污染物排放的特点及问题,提出解决问题的对策:一是采用高效脱硫脱硝技术,严格控制排放,二是建立企业污染物达标后分段奖励制度。其中对新建机组选择适宜的超净排放技术路线进行详细阐述。Investigate the geographical location, power generation and coal consumption of Hubei coal-fired power plant,count and calculate the total emission of flue gas pollutants and the average concentration and total emission of various pollutants in 2019, analyze the characteristics and problems of pollutant emission, and put forward countermeasures to solve the problems: first,adopt high-efficiency desulfurization and denitration technology to strictly control the emission, and second, establish a segmented reward system for enterprises after reaching the standard of pollutants. Among them, the selection of appropriate ultra clean emission technical route for new units is described in detail.
