信息分化研究的新图景:评《新生代农民工信息获取与分化研究》的研究贡献

摘　　要：南开大学樊振佳副教授所著《新生代农民工信息获取与分化研究》一书以新生代农民工为研究对象,深入剖析了当今社会的信息不平等和分化现象。作者基于整体性、以人为核心和关注效益的视角探究信息分化实质,构建了富有创新性的信息能力的概念、框架以及信息能力一般模型,提出了具有自主性、包容性和可持续性的新生代农民工信息能力改善对策,拓展了对不同社会群体的信息能力和信息分化研究的理论空间,既为信息分化治理提供了新的应对思路,也为信息分化研究描绘了新的图景。Research on Information Acquisition and Digital Divide of New Generation of Migrant Workers,written by Associate Professor Fan Zhenjia from Nankai University,takes the new generation of migrant workers as the research object and deeply analyzes the information inequality and digital divide in today's society.The author explores the essence of digital divide from a holistic,human-centered and profit-focused perspective,constructs an innovative concept,framework and general model of information capability,and puts forward independent,inclusive and sustainable countermeasures to improve the information capability of the new generation of migrant workers.This book expands the theoretical space of the research on information ability and digital divide of different social groups.It not only provides a new way to deal with the resolution of digital divide,but also creates a new prospect for digital divide research.
