辽宁省冰雪旅游产业发展路径研究

摘　　要：为了推进辽宁省冰雪旅游产业高质量发展,推动建设冰雪旅游产业强省,本文采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对辽宁省冰雪旅游产业发展进行研究。研究结果表明:自然气候地理优势和相关政策文件陆续出台为辽宁省发展冰雪旅游产业提供了机遇。辽宁省冰雪旅游产业发展制约因素主要表现为专业人才稀少、资源开发不足、公共服务体系有待完善和市场监管有待加强,并提出了加大冰雪旅游产业复合型人才培养力度、加大开发省内冰雪旅游产业资源、完善冰雪旅游产业公共服务保障体系和健全冰雪旅游产业市场管理机制等发展路径。In order to promote the high-quality development of snow and ice tourism industry in Liaoning province and promote the construction of a strong province with snow and ice tourism industry,this paper adopts the method of literature and logical analysis to study the development of snow and ice tourism industry in Liaoning Province.The results show that the natural climate and geographical advantages and the release of policy documents on ice and snow tourism industry provide opportunities for liaoning province to develop ice and snow tourism industry.The restrictive factors for the development of ice and snow tourism industry in Liaoning province mainly include the shortage of professional talents,insufficient resource development,public service system to be improved and market supervision to be strengthened.The paper also puts forward some development paths,such as strengthening the cultivation of compound talents in the snow and ice tourism industry,increasing the development of resources of the snow and ice tourism industry in the province,perfecting the public service guarantee system of the snow and ice tourism industry and perfecting the market management mechanism of the snow and ice tourism industry.
